NATIONAL BIBLE KNOWLEDGE QUIZ '09

today was the National Bible Knowledge Quiz Competition '09...
I'm proud to say I WENT FOR IT!!!
ha ha i know some of you people will say that BK is...
lame...
uninteresting...
boring...
unimportant...
and....
a total waste of time!!!

but it is actually good if you study the bible cause...
a) it helps you understand more about GOD...
b) it bring you closer to the LORD...
c) it helps you in your time of need...
d) you may be able to go to heaven? (btw that will only happen if you believe in JESUS)...
i don't know how but BK helps!

okay so i went there at 7.15 am..
went there couldn't find my teacher o.0
how? wander around only lorr...
then ta-da i found her!!
she was hiding =.="
haha actually i didn't find her..
my schoolmate did!
anyway went to get out name tags then find out which class we are in..
here's where i got a shock..
my name is not in it!! (aahhhhh!!! no! no!)
check and re-checked...

then i finally found it..
my name was 'JOSHUA KUMAR' with a line cut across it (horrors of horrors) and written behind Joshua kumar is a name written so small you have to be a detective to know..
the name was Sarah Cheong...not fair!
he never come also got his name there but i came and my name is just a fill in for him not participating...
I hate you la Joshua! u make me tear your rm 10 and repay you and now you get your name on the list and my name's just your replacement? that's not FAIR!! LOL..
don't take it seriously lar Joshua...u know i don't really hate you..

after that had to sit to listen to speech and prayer..
then the quiz begins...
35 minutes later....
Sarah: how was the test?
others: oklar..easy...a bit difficult...i studied for no reason!
then all the lower sec wms students went to the canteen and took the FREE bun and doughnut with a bottle of mineral water...
at that time it was about 9 am+...
we had finish our test..
we were free to go!
but i had to wait cause i was following Jia Sheng to church..

so went for a stroll around SMK(P) ASSUNTA with Carmen..
ended up in the Sister Enda hall where everyone else was..
sat there and watched the upper form teams doing their quiz..
then blah blah blah happen...
haiz feeling lazy type la...
shortening this now

WMS managed to get:
upper sec
-semi-finals
+WM9 managed to get into semi-finals!!
lower sec
-3 top 10 finalist
+rahel (form 1)
= she scored 43/50 questions and is in the top 10
+hannah khaw (form 3)
= she scored 45/50 questions and got the top 5 placing i think
+CLARISSA CHUNG (form 3)
= she scored an amazing 47/50 to clinch the title of the national junior top scorer!!!

yeah i know...i totally wasted your time scrolling down to find out that i am bad in BK..
but don't worry maybe next year i will score higher..
who knows i might even get into the top 10..sarah is obviously dreaming =.="
anyways feeling real tired...
want to go sleep liao..
